Our students graduate with NITA-certified hairdressing skills, from cutting and styling to treatments, weaves, braiding, and color work. Whether they join thriving salons or open their own beauty businesses, our graduates are ready to provide professional, in-demand services across the community.
In Year One, students dive into the foundational skills needed to work professionally, confidently, and safely in the hairdressing field. Because client and practitioner safety is at the heart of this profession, the first year focuses on mastering correct working methods and building strong safety and health habits through repeated practice. Students work with their first clients under close supervision.

In Year Two, students dive deep into hands-on hairdressing, mastering styling techniques, women’s and men’s hair design, wigs and extensions, and chemical services such as color, relaxers, straighteners, and treatments for damaged hair and scalps. They begin working directly with clients with minimal supervision, sharpening both their technical ability and their professional communication skills.
This year also builds strong business confidence—students advance their knowledge of finance, product and service sales, staffing, and managing products and equipment. By the end of the year, students work far more independently, taking responsibility for their work, making professional decisions, and trusting their own judgment.

In Year Three, students sharpen their technical abilities to the highest level as they work toward becoming highly skilled senior hairdressers. They rotate through different roles on salon teams, learning how to coordinate, support, and even oversee groups of stylists. Many of these teams include professional hairdressers—some partnered with product companies and others running their own independent careers—giving students valuable opportunities to build real industry connections.
Third-year students also step into leadership by mentoring first- and second-year students. During this final year, they may choose to specialize, developing advanced mastery in areas such as complex coloring and color correction, hair extensions, chemical reformation, scalp treatments, and makeup application.
